Homeopathic Approach to Health & Healing (Virtual & Free!)

Sarah homeopathy class.png

Join the Through the Trees Facebook page for a live class with professional homeopath Sarah Thompson. Learn how homeopathic medicines can gently and naturally heal behavioral issues and ongoing health concerns so that your child and your family can thrive in mind, body and spirit.

Drawn from the substances and laws of nature, homeopathy is unique in its approach to resolving emotional and physical dysfunction without potentially harmful pharmaceutical drugs or side-effects, so that your child, your family, and you can live with greater harmony and less illness.

Request a free informational consult here.

Sarah Thompson is a professional homeopath at Inner Sea Homeopathy. She became a practitioner after her own diagnoses of Acute Myeloid Leukemia in 2010 and 2014 and the remarkable healing that followed treatment with this modality. She trained in classical homeopathy at Baylight Center for Homeopathy under Nancy Frederick. She works with children and adults, and is a member of the Maine Association of Homeopaths. Her children Wallace, 14, and Lysander, 11, have been following their interests and learning with Through The Trees since its inception, and Wallace is a junior mentor with the staff of Through the Trees.

BLOOM - A Women’s Kundalini Yoga Retreat to Nourish yourSELF

Through The Tree’s is excited to Host LIV Kundalini’s Bloom Retreat!!

A Weekend of Self Care Technologies for Vitality, Beauty & Grace

October 4-6 2019 in Topsham, Maine

Led by Liv Anand Kaur

Now is the time ladies to harness our power, embrace our wisdom and radiate our beauty!
The world needs us and we need each other!
The Sacred Feminine in all of us desires to be seen, honored and loved in all her darkness and her light. As we reestablish our place and power in society, we must do this for ourselves, for each other and for the future generations.
A woman’s wisdom, beauty and grace comes from the acceptance and embodiment of her past experiences, ability to dance with whatever the present moment brings and trust in herSELF and in the Divine.
No matter how rocky the road has been on your journey; every bump, dip, detour and mountain along your path has been divinely placed for your growth. When you are able to surrender to the flow of life‘s teachings you carry forward so much wisdom, compassion and insight.
Life is the perfect teacher.
And the Kundalini teachings and technologies are the perfect companion along your journey to move through life‘s ups and downs with Grace & Grit.
You are like a radio tower constantly broadcasting streams of energy and information out into the world impacting everyone around you all the time.
Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness, will help keep your channel clear so you are broadcasting a signal that transmits a high frequency of joy and love; contributing to the rise in consciousness and evolution of humanity.
Throughout the weekend we will be working with radiant body technology, glandular health, yogic beauty secrets and the sacred sound science of mantra.
If you take only one of the many practices that you will learn throughout the weekend, and integrate it into your life, it will transform the way you live, love, and look and enhance your vitality, beauty and grace.
Kundalini Yoga is a householder practice and path. It is designed for those of us who choose to participate in the world, in our communities and in our families so we can have greater health, abundant energy, intelligent minds and multiple perspectives.
This practice will heal and clear habits, patterns, thoughts and relationships that no longer serve your highest growth and destiny.
With a consistent practice you will become wiser and more conscious of the choices you make and in turn life will open up for you in a whole new way and bless you with infinite gifts. A little bit of this practice daily goes a very long way.
This retreat is experiential learning at its finest curated for women by women to deeply relax, rejuvenate and come togetHER!
If you have a daughter, granddaughter or close young woman in your life between the ages of 14 and 18 and would like to bring her along for this powerful experience, you are welcomed and encouraged to do so. The discounted rates are below for teenagers coming with an adult.

**No prior yoga or retreat experience required
