Join Marcia Griffin and a team of motivated teenagers as we get fiercely curious and experiment with what it takes to be a thriving leader today and into our future.

We dive deep into personal development and forge a strong community who inspires and challenges ourselves and each other free from judgement and in a way that honors and respects each individual.

Each month, Marcia will introduce a dimension of leadership and offer ways to explore, and practice the skills needed to be an effective leader. The team is invited to meet in person one Saturday morning each month to dive deep on the topic. Further team discussions are facilitated through a closed and private online chat room via Google Hangouts. Marcia offers optional assignments, readings and challenges to help apply the skills in real life and support learning and growth.
