Join our ANFT certified instructor, Carlos, as he invites you to revitalize yourself with nature's healing powers. Carlos will gently guide you on a journey through the wonders of nature emphasizing an awareness of self and the senses in relation to the natural world. Enjoy a slower pace where you can truly sink into Nature’s rhythm.

Forests are the original antidote to stress and stress related illness. Come with us Through The Trees to take in your surroundings through your senses. No need to think or analyze, just relax and let your natural sense of enjoyment guide and heal you.

What to Expect:
Make and hold space for healing energy
Recharge and connect with gentle and mindful movement
Promote circulation - remove stagnation
Receive support for healing and wellness intentions

All of our in-person classes follow the COVID-19 guidelines outlined by the State of Maine. Our classes are outside and there is no surface contact. For the month of May our groups are limited to 10 people while practicing 6ft distancing. If you are not feeling well, we ask that you please not attend.

It was incredibly beneficial to have a guide- gently reminding me to stay present, teaching us new tools we can use to connect to the healing power of nature. I feel grateful, refreshed, inspired and optimistic.
