In the heart of nature, find peace, healing and connection. Allow the forest and a gentle and welcoming community of others to nourish your mind, body and soul.
Meet Guide Nichole at the parking lot of TTT and start with a circle activity to get to know one another, followed by time to walk, talk and explore nature, participate in a mindfulness activity together and conclude with a quiet moment of reflection. Activities offered may include Sit Spot, journaling, nature art, solar tea infusion, fire with tea in cooler months and other offerings to connect with the seasons. You will leave feeling grounded and refreshed!
