Enjoy a day connecting with self and nature as you discover the ancient teaching of the grandfather of all martial arts weapons. The day begins with the history and philosophy of the bo staff followed by a hike in nature to harvest your own training tool. This process includes meditation and personalizing your bo. We will break for picnic lunch and then enjoy an instructional class on how to use your new staff in a defensive and creative fashion.
